By accessing or using SkinSpectrum (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SkinSpectrum is an independent tool that lets you discover Counter-Strike 2 skins by color and build visually consistent inventories for reference and inspiration. It is not a marketplace, a trading platform, a betting or gambling service, or a way to buy, sell, or exchange in-game items or real currency. No real or in-game items are ever transferred through the Service.

SkinSpectrum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2, and all related names, marks, images, and assets are the property of Valve Corporation or their respective owners. Skin images and metadata are used for identification and reference purposes only.

You can browse and build without an account. To save, publish, favorite, follow, or keep history, you need to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service under the law of your country.

You keep ownership of the inventories and other content you create. By publishing an inventory publicly or as unlisted, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content within the Service, including generating preview images and shareable links. You are responsible for the content you publish, including any name or description you add.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to publish offensive, infringing, or misleading content;
• attempt to access other users' private data or accounts, or tamper with authorization or ownership checks;
• scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent rate limits and security measures;
• misrepresent the Service as an official Valve or Counter-Strike product.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. Features such as pricing data or Steam connection are optional and may be unavailable depending on configuration. We may update, add, or remove features without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Skin data, color classifications, and match scores are generated automatically and are provided for guidance only — they may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as authoritative. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkinSpectrum and its maintainers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
